We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operational Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing operational processes, managing projects, overseeing resources and budgets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize operational processes for project delivery, monitoring timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
- Supervise operational managers, site supervisors, and the KYS team, performing performance evaluations and providing training to improve team skills and productivity.
- Oversee the administrative office staff to ensure timely management of situations, projects, and billing.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets, analyze financial performance, and implement cost-saving strategies, while overseeing the procurement of materials and services.
- Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for updates, and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operational management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in budget management and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and resource allocation.
